1. Do you require a deposit on custom orders?
Yes, all custom orders require a 50% deposit.
2. Do you require a purchase order on custom orders?
Yes, we require a written purchase order on all custom orders. We can not process a custom production run with a verbal acknowledgement.
3. How long will it take for my order to be completed?
Depending on the services required to complete your order, (laser cutting, cure times, screen printing etc) as well as the volume, will determine the lead time of your order. Lead time will be discussed with you during your consultation with our display designer.
4. Can I request a sample / prototype?
Yes, you may request a sample but a fee will be charged. If the order is placed the fee will go towards your final bill. (Please understand that initial prototyping is time consuming. We hope to meet all your requirements with the best possible product.)
5. If I screen print or laser engrave on an in-stock product is that considered custom?
Yes, If you request a logo, brand or custom screen print then the order is considered custom even though the item is an in-stock product. (As stated above, a deposit will be required.)
6. Are there any fees involved with screen printing?
Yes, screen charges start at $75.00 per screen when you provide us with camera ready art. (Additional art charges apply if we have to create your art.) Most often, we can put several images or color separations on one screen to save money. Please keep in mind, if you require PMS color matching those inks are special order.
7. Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes, Dancraft can drop ship your order directly to your customer. You may provide us with a freight carrier or we can recommend one to you.
8. What if my product ships and something is damaged?
Dancraft takes extra measures to make sure all displays are packed in accordance with UPS shipping guidelines as well as the requirements of many freight carriers. Our 20 years experience with packing acrylic displays has lead to extremely low damage incidents. Dancraft takes pride that all displays leave our facility intact with the appropriate packaging.
*However, during transit damage may occur. (In our experience, it is very rare.) If you experience any damage to your products, please call us at 1-800-510-4938.
9. Can I return custom product?
No, Custom product is not returnable.
