You have 7 days from the day of receipt to schedule a return or notify Dancraft of any damages.
All returns must be authorized by our customer service department. (1-800-510-4938) A Return Authorization # will be issued at that time.
There is a 25 % restocking fee on all returns.
No return will be accepted without a RA#. Product must be returned in its original packaging. Product received damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be credited. Customer is responsible for return freight.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will ship a replacement immediately and file a claim with the shipper. We require that you hold onto the damaged product and all packaging for 10 business days while your damage claim is processing.
